At UniqDreamArt, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds based on the region where the purchase was made.
UK and EU Customers
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, UK and EU customers have 14 days from the day after receiving the goods to return them. We want you to be happy with your order, and we’ll gladly take it back if it’s not right for you.

Return Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging. Custom and special orders cannot be returned or cancelled once your order is confirmed.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at help@uniqdreamart.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to dispatch the item back to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
International Customers (Including USA)
For our customers outside the UK and EU, including the USA, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items

Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at help@uniqdreamart.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible. Your email must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded.
